Banqueting hall
You can order a banquet from us. Banquets for up to 50 people guests can be organized in the banquet room of the Tanhoy Hotel – Trail.
The first 5 hours of the event, the banquet hall will be at your disposal without rent. Subsequently, you can extend the time of the holiday (for an additional fee).
The amount of the average check when ordering a banquet will be from 1200 rubles per person .
Excellent wines, champagne and other noble drinks will be selected and offered under your menu. If you wish, you can use your alcohol (if you have a receipt for alcohol).
You will be offered additional services of a DJ, hall designers, florists, photographers and presenters who will help us make your holiday even more unforgettable.
At your disposal will be a modern multimedia projector, karaoke for playing your favorite songs, microphones and musical equipment. You can also accommodate your guests at our hotel at a special price – with a 5% discount .
Terms of the event
- The entire banquet room closes when ordering a banquet from 50,000 rubles by check
- After approval, the Customer pays 30% of the service for the amount of the check
- Duration of the event without rent – 5 hours
- Extension of the event after 5 hours and after 23.00 – each subsequent hour – 3000 rubles
Gifts for banquet customers
- When ordering a banquet from 50 000 rubles on the menu – a cake (at the rate of 100 grams per person) as a gift
- When ordering a banquet from 100,000 rubles a menu, as a gift a silver card with a 5% discount discount on accommodation at the Tanhoy Hotel – Trail
